Cheap Luxe

It’s no secret that I don’t always purchase expensive clothes simply because there’s always that time where I have to stay on a budget. During this time frame, I always look for the sale section online (I rarely shop in-store) and over the past few years, I have learned that sale items have some hidden gems amongst the few bad ones. It takes patience (at least for me) to be able to find certain item of clothing that are rare and on a steal. Usually, I wrote down a list of all of my favourite online stores and begin from where I think have the most potential – of course there are times where I don’t find anything that I likes, but that’s to be expected.
Aside from browsing on the sale section, I always look for clothes that are similar to what I have on my wishlist. There are almost a dozen of them if not more, however, I don’t just look for any similarity, but also the quality of the material. The quality of a clothe is very important and I’m not about to compromise it just because it’s cheaper. If anything, I will wait for something better to come along. The faux suede jacket that I wore in this photo for example would have cost me at least $600 and up if I were to buy a real one, but I got this for under $100 at Forever 21 Men. I have had this jacket for a year now and it’s still holding up really good. This jacket also keeps me warm in the winter, which is another great thing about it.
