H appy New Year! It feels good to be back and to share with you guys my new website. It has been such a long process, but I’m glad that it’s finally finished. I made it a little bit more interactive and clean so that it’s easier for you guys to navigate around the website. Look for my Instagram story to see how everything works.
I wore this look a couple of weeks before the holiday started. That day, it was freezing cold and not to mention quite windy. I made the mistake of not wearing my parka, instead I wore a turtleneck, blazer and my favourite trench coat. The location of this shoot was at Oretta, a new Italian restaurant that had just opened. We decided to shoot here, because it was new, the decor was different and last but certainly not least, the food they served was delicious.
I thought it would be nice to step up my look every once in a while… and so, I traded in my streetwear for clothes that are more sophisticated, elegant and classic. Turtleneck is such a versatile piece of clothing that can transforms your look from casual daywear to elegant eveningwear in seconds. In my case, I paired my black turtleneck with a blazer. To complete the look, I wore my wide-leg trousers with black slip-ons.
