“Well… Happy New Year, everyone!”
This seems like a long overdue post, but I’m here now delivering you guys a brand new post. The year 2017 has been such a great year for me. I accomplished quite a lot and I’m very happy about how I ended the year too. It was such a strong closing to 2017 and I have a feeling that 2018 is going to be even better – of course nothing is easy to attain unless I put my everything into every single thing that I do. This year, I have decided not to put a whole lot of things on my new year resolution list. I find it very distracting and not to mention a lot of pressure to accomplish every single thing listed there. My first resolution this year is to get back in shape and this will most likely be my greatest challenge. As you all may know, I like my junk food and it’s so hard to give up on that especially since the year has just started. I’ve been working out like crazy everyday and I’m starting to see some results, mind you they’re not very significant, but enough to keep me going.
Also, I’m not going to cut out all junk food completely just yet, because I know I’m going to binge if I don’t at least indulge a bit. A great compromise is good in this case because I can eat healthy on weekdays and on weekends I can indulge for a little bit––what do you guys think? What’s your new year resolution?
